What is your return policy?

We want you and your dog to be 100% happy. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be free of pet hair.
How do I start an exchange?

Need a different size? Just reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number. We’ll help you swap it out for the right fit.
Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a "ruff" mistake with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I know which size to pick for my dog?

very dog is unique! We highly recommend measuring your dog’s neck circumference, chest girth, and back length before ordering. Please refer to the Size Guide link on each product page to find the perfect fit for your specific breed.
What if my dog is between sizes?

If your pup is right on the edge between two sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for maximum comfort and room to move.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the country. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package paws-itively hits the road.
